Mannequins are the best way of displaying fashion, there is no doubt about that, but how well the do that job is very much dependant on how they are dressed and positioned. These mannequins were custom made for River Island and a great example of the importance of movement and character. On a high street where everyone has access to the same props and facilities its so important to make your window stand out. These mannequins scream “LOOK AT ME” with their lively, fun positions. Its just a shame some of the clothes have such placid tones or this could have been really outstanding!
